public at an efficient and affordable prices including the following legal services but not
limited to: – third party claims, administrative law, labour law, civil litigation, criminal law
and conveyancing transactions.
We provide professional affordable legal services to the community of Mafikeng and
its surrounding areas in the North West province. Its operation is in the capital city of
North West, Mafikeng. The legal practice is situated at no. 17 Minerva Street, Riviera Park,

Molefakgotla Attorneys Incorporated is a legal practice to be formed under the Companies
Act no. 71 of 1998 and regulations and also governed by the Legal Practice Act
no. 28 of 2014 and regulations. Molefakgotla Attorneys is a personal liability company
which means that if the company incorporates under section 8(2) (c) of the Companies Act
the terms of its memorandum of incorporation (MOI) state that the directors and past
directors are jointly and severally liable, together with the company, for any debts and
liabilities of the company, as are or were contracted during their respective periods of office
